Adah E Mcmullin

Brookfield: Adah E. McMullin,95, died peacefully on October 24, 2017 at Liberty Health Care Center.  Adah was born October 9, 1922 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Charles and Rebecca Isabella (Stockman) Harkless. She was a 1940 graduate of Brookfield High School.

Her husband, Benjamin B. McMullin, whom she married on October 5, 1944, passed away on December 23, 2007.

Adah was a member of the Brookfield United Methodist Church. She was a charter member of the Women's Youngstown District Golf Association, one of the organizers of the Penn-Ohio Ladies Golf Association, and founder and lifelong member of the Yankee Run Women's Golf League.

Adah will be deeply missed by her sons, Benjamin R. (Janice) McMullin of Hubbard, and Paul G. (Karen) McMullin of Brookfield; six grandchildren, Barb (Tim) Stoner, Doug (Amie) McMullin, Sloan (Tom) Magliery, Jordan McMullin, Elizabeth McMullin and Taylor McMullin; five great grandchildren, Andrew and Benjamin Stoner, Logan and Parker Magliery and Nathan McMullin. She will also be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, Adah was preceded in death by her parents, and aunt and uncle, Rollie and Pearl Harkless who adopted and raised her and her brother, Charles (Atha) Harkless.
