Benton H Ford Jr.

Benton H. Ford Jr., 59, of Akron was born at Akron General Hospital on October 9,1963 as the second eldest child to Carrol (nee Baker) and Benton Ford Sr.

Benton Jr. was a man who loved deeply and worked hard to support his family. He was a tree man his whole adult life and a large part of his youth. He was considered to be one of the best in the business, and he took great pride in that. He was always there if you needed him, if he could fix the problem he did. The vast majority of those who knew him would say he was "Difficult" by nature. He was always up for a game with all the children. His favorite past time was a big bonfire and cold drink and a pool he could throw people into.

He is preceded in death by his father, Benton Sr.; brother, Franklin; granddaughter, Rayn and nephew Benton William.
