Betty L Lowden

Betty L. Lowden, 83, of Akron went home to be with the Lord, August 6, 2016. Betty was a life resident and was a graduate from Garfield High School.
She enjoyed bingo, gardening and her two dogs, Heidi and Shadow.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lele Harris; daughter, Betty Schlosser; siblings, Joan Douglas and Richie Harris and beloved husband, Leon; she is survived by her son, Leon Lowden II; grandson Leon III, step-grandson, Sam Wease and sister, Ann (Pat) Dunn.
The family would like to thank the staff at Copley Health Care for the wonderful care given to Betty.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home
with Pastor Mike Prebynski officiating. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. For those that wish, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association,
