Clarence Burgy, 76, of Akron went home to be with the Lord, October 25, 2017. A life resident of the area Clarence was born on September 21, 1941 to the late Ray and Emma (Phillips) Burgy.
Preceded in death by his brothers, Gary and Ray; he is survived by his son, Buddy (Holly); significant other, Mary Bird; step-sons, Fred and Joe Bird; sisters, Sharon (Boyd) Mulholland, Pam (CW) Fisk, Bonnie (Mike) Enright, BettyJo Miller, Joann Coutler and Tam (Ron) Remer; grandchildren, Amber Slimak, Ava Overly, Nathan Bird and Josh Bird.
Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Cremation to follow and burial will be held at a later date.
