Connie M. Johns Jr passed away suddenly and peacefully on September 7, 2021.
Connie was a Navy Veteran and served on the USS Charles F. Adams DDG 2. He loved his country and his navy brothers, many of which he kept in touch with over the years. He loved camping on the Mohican River and had many friends. His family was the most important thing in his life.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
Preceded in death by his father, Connie Johns Sr.; he leaves behind his wife of forty two years, Ronita Johns; daughters, Jamie Johns (John Birkbeck), Erin Johns (Joshua Johnson); grandchildren, Ian Vince, Hannah Vince, Olivia Vince, Madison Birbeck, Izak Shanholtz and Daylen Zagar; mother, Elnore Johns; brothers, Jack (Ronda) Johns, Tim (Nancy) Johns; sisters, Fran Nally and Barb Evans (Dennis) and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
