Daniel (Dan) Paul Harbarger 48 of Akron, Ohio passed away unexpectedly, September 17, 2023.

Danny was born March 24, 1975 to Eugene and Connie in Akron, Ohio.

He graduated from Kenmore High School in 1994. His focus was specialized in carpentry. He built personalized benches and refinished many pieces of furniture.

Danny really found his calling in cleaning at nursing homes. He enjoyed helping the elderly residents. He paid attention to every detail, often seeing things others missed. He was very creative writing and painting all the time.

Danny enjoyed going camping from a young age. He continued the tradition with friends as an adult. Often shutting off for the weekend. He took great pride in everything he touched from the way he dressed to the decorations in his home. He always gave everyone the benefit of the doubt and saw the best in people. Often putting others before himself. He touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Preceded by his beloved mother Connie Harbarger, stepmother Sondra Harbarger and grandparents Fred & Dolores Hall, Asa & Irene Harbarger. Many aunts, uncles and cousins as well.

He is survived by his father Eugene Harbarger, sister Kara Harbarger. Adored niece and nephew Danielle and Spencer Benedum all of Akron. Also, a large group of loving family and friends too numerous to include.

A celebration of his life will be held Sunday September 24 from 1-4 at Schlup Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron, Ohio 44314
