David S Hammonds

David Scott Hammonds, 51, of Akron passed away on August 17, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. David was born on April 12, 1968 in Akron and lived all of his life in the Kenmore area.

David will be remembered for his smile and big heart. He always wanted to put a smile on someone's face. He loved fast cars, announcing football games at KYF, his favorite watering hole, The Bank Lounge and spending time with his kids. He also loved getting around town on his motorized bike.

Preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Janice (Akers) Hammonds; brother, Danny Hammonds; he leaves to cherish his memory, children, Megan Hammonds, Tyler Boasko, Brittany and Christopher Ellis; sister, Lisa Adkins; brother, Dwayne Hammonds; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
