Dave was born July 4, 1961 and passed away on June 13, 2018.
Preceded in death by his father, James Yoak; he is survived by his daughters, Crystal and Kailynn; grandsons, Skyler and Aden; mother, Patricia; sisters, Cheryle (Jimmy), Tammy, Raelynn (Ray) and Vicki (Jimmie); brothers, Jimmy (Brenda), Wayne and Richard (Paula); special nephew, Bubby and many nieces and nephews.
Dave loved motorcycles and his dog Benny. The battle was long and hard, but eventually the addiction won.
Friends may call from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Poole officiating.
