Dorothy M. Durbin, 96, of Akron went home to be with the Lord, September 15, 2014. A life resident of the area, Dorothy was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and retired after 25 plus years as a stockroom manager at JC Penny's Wooster Hawkins location.
Preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ruby (Rockhold) Miller; beloved husband, Clayton, she leaves behind her children, James (Diane) Durbin and Judy (Ron) Pavlov; grandchildren, Ronnie (Jasmine), James (Merissa) and Ali (Matt) and her beloved faithful companion "sissy".
Friends may call from 4-8 pm Thursday, September 18 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron. Mass of Christina Burial will be held 10 am Friday, September 19, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Sam Ciccolini officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
