Elizabeth "Betty" A Myers
May 10, 1927 — January 18, 2015
Elizabeth “Betty” Myers, 87yrs of Akron, went home to be with the Lord January 18, 2015. A native of Kenmore and a homemaker, Betty was a member of Firestone Park U. M. Church, Zeta Tau Alpha, Past Pres. of Smith, Innes and Kenmore PTA’s, Past Pres. Bauceant #26, Past Matron of Fernleaf Chapter #422 O.E.S and current member of AnnaDean Chapter #595 O.E.S., and Past Pres Women’s Society of Kenmore U.M. Church.
Preceded in death by parents Laird and Hazel Gatrell, beloved husband Ingram “Inky” and daughter Melissa Ann she is survived by son Ingram “Inky” (Sandra) Myers III, daughter Mary Beth (David) Blumberg, grandchildren Elizabeth, David, Tommy and Chloe all of Akron.
Funeral services will be 1PM, Thursday, January 22, 2015, at the Schlup-Pucak Funeral Chapel, 788 Kenmore Blvd. where friends may call 5-8 PM, Wednesday. Rev Patricia Christ officiating, interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Anna Dean Chapter #595 O.E.S. will conduct services Wednesday 7:30PM.
