Florence A Carpenter

Florence Carpenter went home to be with the Lord April 12, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Flo was born in Akron, Ohio on December 20, 1940.

She loved to laugh and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; parents, Ethel and James Duvall and Herman Schuckert. She is survived by two sisters, Christina (Dan) Gamble, and Janet (Jim) Fedor. Also survivors include her nephews, Roland (Lisette) Pagniano, Kevin (Phoung) Pagniano, Clifford Fedor, and nieces Christina (Rick) Stanley, Tamara (Steve) Boyazis and Tricia (Jeff) Blackburn; nine great nieces and nephews and one great great niece.

Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. TODAY at the Schlup-Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron. Burial to follow at Greenlawn memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Humane Society or Lockwood Methodist Church.
