Frances M Hemminger

Frances Hemminger, 89 of Barberton passed away January 28, 2025. She was born and raised in Kenmore to parents George and Nellie Weidlich and retired from Firestone.

Preceded in death by parents, five siblings; first husband, Clyde Hemminger, and second husband, Joseph Pangburn.

She is survived by Daughter, Cherylyn and Mark Gruic and their children, Vanessa and Seth Meade, Rachel and Brian Daly, and great granddaughter Addison Daly; son, Gary and Ann Hemminger and their children, Nicholas and Jillian Hemminger, Taylor and Mike Fiorucci, Wren Hemminger, and great granddaughter Rosie Fiorucci. Joseph's children Bill and Debbie, Mark and Susan, Donald and Karen, and Charles and Susan, along with their children.

Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Mass of Christian Burial will be led 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 2101 17th St. SW Akron with Fr. Bill Browne officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
