Frances M. 'Frankie" Smith, 59, of Akron passed away after a battle with cancer on June 4, 2022. She was born on April 5, 1963 in Sharon, PA. and later moved to Akron.
Frances was a real knee slapper! To know her was to love her. Drink a cold one for her and enjoy the memories. Share the stories no matter how crazy!
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Glady's Smith; brothers, Robert "Bobby", Sonny, Jack and Terry; sisters, Kathy and Nancy. She is survived by her children, David, Christopher and Shawna (Don); many grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers, Artie (Tammy), Bill (Carol); sisters, Bonnie (Gary), Judy, Cheryl (Jerry); sister-in-law, Lovie, Aunt Mabel and life-long best friend, Tiffany.
Her parents passed away at a young age. Frances was a rolling stone "Free Bird" as some would say. She was the most loving, caring and lind hearted person. She loved her family and friends to pieces and would do anything for anyone. She was so loved and will be dearly missed

Friends may call from 12-1 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. A Memorial Service will be held 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
