H. Bernice (Babo) Fretwell (Bliss, Bickett), 92, passed away peacefully on May 4th, 2021. Bernice was born in Akron, Ohio to Homer and Nettie Bliss and lived her entire 92 years in Kenmore.

As a single parent she sacrificed so much to provide a safe, warm and wonderful childhood for her children. A professional dancer, she danced with her granddaughter Riley in a review when she was 83 years old. She was an avid traveler and was very proud that she had visited all 50 states and 10 countries. She loved knitting, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family. She was a member of Park United Methodist Church for over 70 years.

Bernice was preceded in death by her beloved son, John Bickett; sisters, Betty Badgley and Margy Posavic. Surviving Bernice are her husband of fifty years, William Fretwell; daughters, Adele (Scott) Webb, Debbie (Ron) Biro, Bonnie (Don) Tri, Connie (Skip) Eckert; sons, William (Buck) and James Fretwell. She leaves to cherish her memory twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. A very special thanks goes to her granddaughters, Nettie Brunt and Jennifer Liehr for their care and support during her illness.
