James “Jim" Jones was born on January 19, 1964 and passed unexpectedly on July 13, 2021.
Jim is preceded in death by his father Robert “Bob" Jones, mother Carol Jones and brother Richard Jones.
He leaves behind his son Randy (Karen) Jones and daughter Kara Stearns (Steve); siblings Debbie Wilmot, Belinda Wood (Rich), Russ (Pam) Jones, Bobby Jones Jr and Mark Jones. He also leaves behind nieces Kassie, Laura and Jessica, nephew Brandon and grandchildren Faith, Belle, Izzy, Koda and his little sidekick Ari.
“Pops" will be missed by all of his grandkids, his family and his friends.
A celebration of life will take place Sunday July 18 th , 2021 from 1pm to 4pm at the Akron FOP Lodge #7 2610 Ley Dr Akron, OH 44319. Friends and family are welcome to join to celebrate Jim’s life.
