James K O'Connor

James K. O'Connor, 81, of Canton passed away suddenly on December 7, 2020. He was born July 22, 1939 to the late James and Mary (Vath) O'Connor.
He was a member of Mt. Akra Lodge #680 F &A.M., A.A.S.R Valley of Canton, York Right/ Knights Templar, Tadmor Shrine Director Staff and Akron Court #80 ROJ where he served as Director in 2002 and Impresario from 2008-2011. Jim was also the owner/operator of his own business for many years.
Preceded in death by his parents; he leaves behind his beloved wife of fifty years, Carol; sons, James (Jolie) and Robert O'Connor; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Michael.
Cremation has taken place. Due to the surge in COVID-19 the family has decide to hold a memorial service at a later time.
