James M Williams

James "Mike" Williams, age 47, of Akron, Ohio passed away Monday, September 6th, 2021. He was born November 17th, 1973 to the late James and Junita (Mathews) Williams.

Mike was raised in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Kenmore High School class of 1994. Mike was a huge sports fan, forever loyal to Notre Dame, Ohio State, Cleveland Browns, and the Cleveland Indians.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lonnie Boyett; sister, Darlene (Boyett) Odum, and several extended family members. Mike will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his wife, Mary Jean (Selby) Williams of 4 years and partner for 18 years; his two daughters, McKenzie and Autumn. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Annie (Williams) Fuller, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles among extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron with Pastor Jim Roma officiating. Burial to follow at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service.
