Janet F Bower
June 18, 1944 — July 28, 2015
Janet F. Bower, 71, went home to be with Our Lord, July 28, 2015 after a 10 year courageous battle with cancer. Janet retired from St. Luke's nursing home in 2004.
Janet will be missed by all who knew her. She was a kind, loving compassionate soul who gave so much of her love, time and talents to all of her family and friends. An angel on earth who is with her family now in heraven.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gregory D, Bower in 1982; she is survived by brothers, Lee (Cathy) Yeager and Richard (Betsy) Goshorn; sisters, Lynn Easterday, Rosey Zinn and Nancy (Jimmy) Carpenter; step-children, Karen (Don) McGhee and Terry (Jayne) Bower; grandchildren, Matthew (Janey) McGhee, Adam (Jennifer) McGhee, Jonathan (Amy) Bower, Luke (Katie) Bower and Kate Bower; great-grandchildren, Cole, Nick, Abbie, Eli, Caleb, Ethan, Evelyn and Fiona; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends may call from 11-1 Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, where Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Larry Baldridge officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
