Jeffery D Peters

Jeffery (Jeff) D. Peters 64 of Akron, passed away unexpectedly Sept. 7,2021

Born in Akron, Jeff remained an area resident of Kenmore his entire life outside of a few years he spent in Arizona near his beloved brother and sister in law, Tim and Laura.

Preceded in death by his mother Janet (Dee) Peters, father Fred S. Peters, brother Martin S. Peters and sister Deborah K. Lehman. Jeff is survived by brothers Timothy (Laura) Peters of Marana, AZ and Randel (Stacy) Peters of Wadsworth, several nephews, nieces, cousins, and family friend, David Milazzo of Green.  Jeff also leaves behind a lifetime of unique friends and acquaintances.

To all who knew him, and were aggravated by him, nothing could be said, because we all knew novels could be written about this man. The stories, and there were many of them, we heard them all again and again, yet still we laughed each time they were told. Like Superman, with his cape blowing in the wind, he dropped everything for anyone who needed help. He could've been so much more, but he elected to fly under the radar. We can't wait to hear the next round of stories and laughter when we meet on the other side. Be at peace brother.

Cremation has taken place. The family will have a private gathering in the future to celebrate Jeff’s entertaining life.
