Joanne L Gisewhite
March 4, 1941 — February 28, 2014
JoAnne L. Gisewhite, 72, of Massillon went home to be with the Lord February 28, 2014.
JoAnne was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W. post #1066. She enjoyed playing bingo, dancing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents; Doyle and Louise (Sacconn) Elder, she is survived by her daughters; Brenda Ware and Connie Ferguson, sons; Richard McCarty, Robert, Jamie and Joel Gisewhite. She will also be missed by her loving companion of seventeen years, Ray Zimmer, twenty one grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held at a later date.
