Karen M. Snyder, 75, of Akron went home to be with the Lord, April 30, 2018. Born on July 26, 1942 to the late Edward and Ruth (Bennett) Szwast.
She retired as an accountant and was a graduate of Kenmore High School. She enjoyed gambling, traveling with her family, crossword and Sudoku puzzles.
Preceded in death by her brother, Edward Szwast; she leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, Michael; daughter, Rosalee (Raymond) Terhart; grandchildren, Clarence Paul Drope IV, Kyle Drope; brother, Michael (Helena) Szwast; sisters, Saundra Etheridge and Maylie Tracy; dog, Diego.
Friends may call from 12-3 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd Akron. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Mohlmaster officiating.
