Kenneth (Kenny) Jackson, 54, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2024. Kenny was born in Barberton, Ohio on April 23rd, 1970. He was a lifelong resident of Akron, and a 1988 graduate of Springfield High School.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Jackson Sr, Carol (Beebe) Jackson, and his oldest brother, Jim Jackson. Kenny is survived by his wife of 28 years, Tammy (Sanchez) Jackson; daughters, Amanda and Kylie; son, Kenny Jr.; four grandsons, Jaycen, Kylo, Atticus, and Aiden; brother, Fred (Ginger) Jackson Jr.; sister, Kim (Bill) Bennett; father and mother-in-law, Joe and Ann Sanchez; sister in laws, Pam Sanchez, and Margie Tobeler; special niece, Rachelle (AJ) Caporaletti; special cousin, John (Brenda) Leiser, and many more special nieces, nephews, extended family and friends; lastly, his beloved pets, Nitro, Abby and Ash.
Kenny was very passionate about his family and friends. He loved getting together for cookouts, playing cornhole with his forever partner Tammy, and catching up on the good old days. He loved hunting with his brother, fishing, and watching football, especially the Buckeyes and Browns. Kenny was loved by everyone who met him and always was the life of the party! He was very proud and passionate of his job at Heritage Truck Equipment where he spent the last 18 years.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bill and Becky Negulis, and Eric and Angie Kinney for all of their love, support and guidance through this difficult, and devastating time.
A celebration of life will be held at Kenny’s home at a later date. The family will reach out once details are finalized.”
