Two weeks before her 88th birthday, Marilyn McMahan went home to be with the Lord. An area resident her entire life, she loved arranging flowers.
Bud, her late husband of 58 years, planted flowers of all kinds for his sweetheart around their home in Wadsworth.
Once a travel agent, she and Bud traveled extensively. An avid tennis player during her adult life, Marilyn served as president of the Sharon Woman's Club, was the Mighty Chosen One for the Yusef Khan Caldron and an active member of the Ladies' Oriental Shrine.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bud; granddaughter, Brooke McMahan; sister; Marjorie Powers; she is survived by her sons, Christopher (Kim) of Green and Terry (Jody) of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Rachele (James) Davies, Alex, Jaime (Phillip Marshall) and Taylor; great-grandson, Jensen;
