Martha E (Moore) Gombaski

Martha E. (Moore) Gombaski, 89, of BARBERTON went home to be with the Lord on November 1,2021. She was born on January 7, 1932, in Pittsburgh, PA to Clemmer and Genevieve Moore.

She was a loving and devoted wife of 62 years and cared for her husband, Andrew until his passing of Alzheimer’s in 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clemmer and Genevieve Moore and her son, Michael “Corky” Gombaski (Jill).  She is survived by her brothers, Floyd Moore of Barberton, Clemmer Moore Jr of Meadville, PA. Many nieces and nephews especially her NeeNee. She was an amazing mother to Andrew (Rhonda) Gombaski Jr of St. Mary’s GA, William (Barb) Gombaski, Jennie (Michael) Barclay, Steven (Jeannie) Gombaski all of Barberton. She was a wonderful grandmother to her fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, she always said they were her legacy.

There are no words that can describe what a wonderful and loving person she was. Heaven has gained an angel and this world has lost an amazing and loving woman.

Her daughter would like to thank Dr. Stokes for his care and Michael, Jeffrey, Justin, Jaret for their care so that she could pass away at home which was her wish. Donations can be made to the cancer society in her honor.

Per her wishes cremation will take place and there will be a private service at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
