Ralph E. Wood, 53 yrs. of Akron, went home to be with the Lord, October 20, 2014. An area resident all of his life, he loved the outdoors and being with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Sr. and Virginia Wood, and is survived by his loving wife Samantha, son Ralph E. III, daughters Virginia Wood, Emily Carpenter, step daughter Sondra Erb, 2 grandsons brother Bill (Ruth) Wood, sisters Trina Wood, Becky Smith, Mary (Jim Robinson) Wood all of Akron and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be NOON, Saturday, October 25, 2014 at The Schlup-Pucak Funeral Chapel, where friends may call 10AM until time of service. Rev Don Ebert officiating.
