Robert A D'Antony
September 17, 1947 — July 4, 2016
ROBERT A. D'ANTONY, born in Akron, Ohio on September 17, 1947. Bob graduated from Kenmore High School. He attended Kent State
University. He pursued a career as a computer programmer for various local and national companies.
He relocated to California still working in the computer field. After a twenty year period there he moved back to Akron residing in the Family Home in Kenmore.
His quiet nature, gentle manner and glowing smile will be remembered by all that knew him. He enjoyed painting and music in that he had a large rock, blues and jazz collection.
He is survived by his Sister Rita D'Antonio aka Elisa Celli of San Francisco, California; Brother Joseph D'Antony of Dana Point, California; Sister-in-law Sherry D'Antony, Niece Monica D'Antony of Bermuda Dunes, California and nephew Mark D'Antonio of Redondo Beach, California. He is also survived by Louis Nine a dear Family Friend who was of great benefit and comfort to Bob in his last days. He had two dear friends still in California, Gary Christensen and Robert Pinkley. Bob also received much love and attention from Family Relatives and Friends in Akron.
