Robert L Santilli

Robert "Bob" L. Santilli, 75, of Fort Myers, FL passed away July 30, 2014. He was born in Akron, Ohio to the late Leo and Evelyn (Roach) Santilli on June 11, 1939.

Robert worked as a Jeweler with his father at Leo and Sons Jewelry store before moving to Columbus, where he worked for Combined Insurance until his retirement. Robert was a passionate, lifelong Ohio State football fan and avid golfer.

Preceded in death by his parents, brother in law, Charles Wilson; he is survived by his daughter, Laura Santilli; sister, Sandy (Santilli) Wilson; granddaughter, Amelia; niece, Lisa Wilson; nephew, Charles (Christie) Wilson; great nephews, Christopher, Joshua and Zachary Wilson; plus many other relatives and numerous friends.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate Bob's life at a party which he requested at  2 pm on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Firestone V.F.W Post #3383, 960 W. Waterloo Rd, Akron, Ohio 44314. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name and sent to the Ohio State University Foundation/Undergraduate Scholarship Fund in the Fisher College of Business at 1480 West Lane Ave, Columbus, OH 43221.
