Rose J Berube

Rose J. Berube "MAMA ROSE", 85, of NORTON went home to be with the Lord, September 17, 2021. She was born July 7, 1936 in Coraoplois, Pa to the late Joseph and Teresa (nee Torcassi) Sacco.

She was a member of Prince of Peace Church and volunteered at the Akron Pregnancy Center. Rose surrounded herself with family and her church. She enjoyed traveling over the years with family and friends. She never met a stranger and was a very loving, caring and giving person who was loved by all and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She had a smile that would light up a room.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Berube Sr.; daughter, Donna Berube; she leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Donald (Kristy) Berube Jr.; daughters, Sharon Berube and Diane Morrison; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Prince of Peace Church in Barberton, 1263 Shannon Ave, Barberton,  Ohio 44203 with Fr. Bob Jackson officiating and Fr. Thomas McCann as Con Celebrant. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
