Wanda B Vigar

Wanda B. Vigar, 90, of BARBERTON passed away on December 31, 2018. She was born on June 15, 1928 in Akron, Ohio to the late Ruick C. and Lecia B. Gainer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Robert L. Vigar and her brother, Richard D. Gainer.
She is survived by son, Robert L. Vigar II; daughters, Sherry Priest and Tammy (Rick) Watson; grandchildren, Robert M. (Beth) Priest, Susan D. (William) Niccum and Robert L. (Denise) Vigar III; great grandchildren, Logan, Ashley, Keegan, Rylinn, Kellan, Maxwell and Kamdyn; in addition to many nieces and nephews.
Wanda owned and operated Wanda Vigar Reality for most of her career. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother and friend. She was a spiritual leader, a faithful volunteer, an avid golfer, and a world traveler.
The family would like to thank Mom's dedicated aid Cookie, and the nurses at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and the Hospice Care Center.
Friends may call from 11-1 on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Firestone Park Presbyterian Church, 275 S. Firestone Blvd., where a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. with Rev. Frances Fischer officiating. Private burial to be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Tuesday. For those that
