William A Coupe Jr, 70 yrs of Akron went home to be with the Lord July 20, 2017. a life resident of Akron, he retired from the Akron Fire Department in 1997.
Bill was a proud Army veteran, and a member of the Firestone Post 3383 VFW. He loved fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Basic Coupe and is survived by his son Brad of Colorado, grandchildren Max and Chance Coupe. Sisters Carole (Albert) Kurilko of Barberton and Debbie (John) McDermott of Doylestown.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Schlup-Pucak Funeral Chapel, 788 Kenmore Blvd., where friends may call from NOON until time of service. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
